Just received the LMI, installed within minutes. I'd have to say it's a bit off. For it to be aligned perfect for best airflow it has to be without the lid. The only way the lid fits is if you push the intake down, the bend is off completely from the throttle body mouth. So I left the lid off and it's perfectly aligned.
